more research needed into how COVID-19 affects menstruation

Partly owing to an overwhelmingly popular Twitter thread from January 2021 about how Lacy’s menstrual period was disrupted by falling ill with COVID-19 in 2020 and again from getting the Pfizer vaccine, she spoke with journalist Soo Youn who used her experiences in an article for The Lilly News about how more research is needed into how Covid and the vaccines affect menstruation.
