Lacy lives so far south in Indiana, she can see Kentucky out her front door. She hosts Ace Author Chat on Twitter every year on the first Sunday of Ace Week in October and is currently drafting a novel. She serves as an affiliate editor at Full Mood Mag and is the digital and social media coordinator at PS Literary. Her words have been featured in decomP Magazine, WordsDance, and Spoonie Press.

Along with six other poets, she published the anthology Poetry Has Had Its Way With Me in 2003. Her narrative nonfiction essay “Getaway Anyway” was selected for inclusion in the anthology Where Handstands Surprise Us: Best of the Bean Street Reading Series and was later used in the writing curriculum at Indiana University Southeast.
